Collect ~10-16 oz of tap water in a clean plastic bottle. No need to refrigerate. Ship it to us using regular mail — simple and fast.
How long does testing take?
Turnaround is typically 3 business days after we receive your sample. We’ll email you your invoice followed by the results.
Do I need to treat every batch?
Yes — water chemistry shifts with each beer style. Our packets are tailored for mash and sparge water, so you get consistent results every brew day.

Can I order packets without testing?
Yes. If you already know your water, using Reverse Osmosis (RO)/distilled water or just want to experiment, you can order style-based packets directly.
